Our Objective was to maintain Day to day activities in computer 

Engineer do the job at site but not enter the data in software was a challenge.

Then we hired one person to enter data  in software

PM list will be given to manager for next day work. they are very much impressed with this report.

hence PM was done with in due date or with in 2 /3 days. Client was very happy 

in store managment software it will give the location / drawer where the material is placed 

it is very good. for the person to fetch the spare quickly. 

For us it is a success

• Teething problem are always there in the begineinng due to user understanding the software 
• Plant manager  manager / engineer under standing the software
• creating the BASE DATA was the tough. & challenging it is taken 3 - 4 months for us

We were impressed with their ability to understand our plant process and requirements, which required patience.

They delivered the software. while running some problems occured. they have taken little time & solved it.

keeping the same person is my choice. But In IT field persons are jumping 

thats keep me to explain the whole story again  & again to the new programer
