Excellent. In the begining I was pushy over the duration of each activity, but since the first delivery, they showed me that the exceeded my needs by far, turning in each milestone before the actual deadline (and much more faster than what the project plan it to be received). On the modification aspects, they were fully flexible to incorporate every on-the-fly request and kept delivering what Dimerc needed on the timeframe expected

The availability they have to interact with us and the little time it took to them to understand the business case of the project.When you have a critical issue to be solved, they are always present to assist
