We have approached Sclability to help us define and develop our startup idea. Starting with the key product features and market research to the final MVP version that would help us raise capital and get our first users. Integrate the most advanced technology in our product MVP (Big data processing and AI). In very short time we could present a working MVP to potential customers and get their awareness and interest in our product.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As a result we signed 6 recurring revenue clients in 3 year contract. We are continuing the development based on user feedback and are in negotiations with 3 potential investors.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The development was done according to Agile methodology, transparent with the progress and deliverables. We had weekly meetings for status review. The deliverables were provided on time and in acceptable qualify. Scalability were very agile to change requests and did their best to include our changes in the work scope with minimal cost adjustment.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their agility and transparency during the development insured us that Scalability is really interested in our success, and their involvement in the success of our product had a crucial impact on our success. I really appreciated all the advice and guidance I received from the team on identifying the key features, gathering user feedback, pivoting and rolling the product out on the market and approaching out first users.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Scalability could have done differently?

They should probably take some time off because they work around the clock and even on the weekends

I had an idea of an app but I'm new to app development and the startup world. Scalability team has been incredibly insightful and helped me with my market research, positioning statements, elevator pitch, my pitch deck, branding and UI/UX for the app, currently we're working on the development of an MVP to get back to the investors for more funding. 

They helped me identify the key features for my MVP that would allow me get a user base and collect valuable user feedback. It's been an amazing collaboration and I couldn't be happier!

The team has been very responsive, always replied immediately, we had weekly Agile calls and the entire progress was tracked on Jira. They adapted quickly to my needs and offered their expertise every step of the way so we worked together as a team, which helped me make some crucial decisions in regard to my product.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I always thought that when you work with one of these companies, you just tell them what to do and get something in the end. Scalability team acted as an extension of my own team and showed me the true collaborative approach with great outcomes. Having experience in the field, they offered their deep industry knowledge and the best practices in the industry. Natalia even connected me with some investors she personally knew and as a result I got my seed funding.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Scalability could have done differently?

I couldn't be happier! Just keep rocking it!
