We hired SAT to develop the entire MVP in both IOS and Android. We provided them with a UX design with detailed instructions and precise milestones. 

MVP flows included API connected ID verification, registration and third party registation, advanced search and filtering, swipe-like functionality, notifications, chat, and monetization features.

More in-depth testing before releasing a version for our review. But that is the job of QA testers and we did not have the budget for it.
