BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m one of the co-founders of Perfect Vision; we’re an ophthalmology clinic and eye hospital.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Sassy Web Design?

We wanted to expand our reach, so we initially hired Sassy Web Design for branding and logo creation. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave them some materials for inspiration in terms of branding, but we didn’t have any official branding to start. We showed them our color scheme, but we changed that after seeing the first draft of the logo; they came up with a different color scheme, and we used it. 

Sassy Web Design made a video audit and showed us possible outcomes if we worked with them on social media marketing. We decided to expand our engagement to include social media after that; this includes organic and paid marketing on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. Sassy Web Design takes care of all content creation and designs for our social media. They also created an animated video for one of the ads. 

What is the team composition?

We work with three people: the owner, an assistant, and a graphic designer. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $4,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The social media took a little bit of time to gain traction, but we’ve seen a decent number of people coming to our website and then later becoming clients at the clinic. We’ve gotten really good feedback in terms of scheduling appointments as well. 

How did Sassy Web Design perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve had a bit of trouble because we are in different time zones, but Sassy Web Design does their best to accommodate our working hours. They complete everything on time and are good about communicating with us. We communicate via Zoom and Slack. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very honest and upfront about their ability to deliver. They also do a great job of breaking everything down and explaining exactly what they will do for us and the expected results. Overall, we really like their process. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We don’t have any complaints. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Let them know what you want, how you want your brand to look, and what kind of message you want to deliver. If your goals are within their means, they’ll do a good job of achieving them.
