They were responsible  for the overall Digital Strategy with PPC and Media Planning & Buying being the core services. Key deliverables included : developing sophisticated bidding strategies, daily optimization of product campaigns (Google Shopping, Dynamic Ads), implementing effective cros-channel retargeting, and dynamic adjustment of the media plan to align with seasonal sales and inventory changes

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Success was measured directly by financial performance. We achieved a consistent average ROAS of 5.0 which outperformed our previous in--house benchmark by a significant margin. The total volume of online revenue attributable to their ad campaigns grew by 18% over the project duration.  Their expertise in Media Planning & Buying helped us effectively allocate budget during peak seasons, resulting in a
12% higher conversion rate during those periods compared to historical data.

Their ability to make data-driven decisions in real-time, based on sales volume and inventory metrics sets them apart from typical agencies. They truly understand the commercial goals of retail operations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sasquatch Digital could have done differently?

We believe an earlier implementation of a comprehensive Customer Loyalty and CRM marketing integration would have provided even greater synergy. While their core PPC work was outstanding integrating their Digital Strategy tighter with our internal loyalty programs sooner could  have unlocked additional long-term value. This is a suggestion for expansion,  not a criticism of their core service delivery.
