We hire them for integration of our website with CRM. We take their services for building predictor and user behavior analysis. They have prepared dashboard and connected our website using Web API to access our portala.

What were your goals for this project?

We want to have seamless experience between mobile, web and our back office data.

Sapphire has very strong profile and they mentioned that on their website. We surfed their Linkedin and Website profile.

Project was in asp.net and MVC using SQL as a backend. Delivery of the project is tightly scheduled. Milestones were defined. Portal has been connected over mobile interface in android. iPhone development yet going on. SQL query builder for predictive analysis is developed. They provided us their ready framework to minimize front end job.

What was the team composition?

Team includes:

• 2 data analyst
• 2 database developers
• 1 front end developer 

Later they added 2 mobile developers to expedite the delivery.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Android Mobile end project is ready and iphone end it is under staging side.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We provided them wireframes and data in excel. They delivered same us with charts, power BI formats and in HTML view format.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team is a quick learner. They have a real good experience in business intelligence and data analytics. Team is soft, polite and speaks fluently in English. They fulfill their delivery on time.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We are quite satisfied with their work, but we seek that they should be more competitive and affordable.

We have 4 manufacturing units at Ahmedabad and have recently rolled out SAP ERP. We have engaged Sapphire for more than 4 years for developing the required IT infrastructure and provide all support related to hardware, software, recruitment and training.

Most of the assigned task are completed on time. The data back up, desktop, laptop, internet speed, server management are up to the mark and most importantly response time is very quick
