SAPIENTROQ developed an MVP for our vehicle marketplace platform Carmystro.ch. The scope included initial concept refinement, wireframing, UI/UX design, front-end and back-end development, and deployment on a test server. Key deliverables included a fully functional MVP with user registration, vehicle listing capabilities, a bidding system for auctions, and an admin dashboard for platform management.

The MVP was delivered on time and within budget. It included all core features, enabling initial user testing. Within the first month, over 50 test users registered and interacted with the platform, providing valuable feedback for the next development phase.

Whenever we have any emergencies in IT (such as corrupted database during working hours), SapientRO's always swoop into save us as soon as possible. We have been rescued by them coutless times.

Their pricing is cheap and they are experts in software development. They are very easy to work with. I always feel like we are getting more than what we pay for.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SAPIENTROQ could have done differently?

Inconvenience things like timezone difference (we have 5 hours difference) and my teams cant communicate in English with them. However, no one is perfect and we are already very lucky to have them as our vendor.
