I’m the director of business development at Nutan Quality System Consultant. We help medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratory, food, and manufacturing businesses identify the right licensing, documentation, certification, validation, audit, and market-access pathway.

What challenge were you trying to address with Sankalp Sutra?

We needed to redesign and modernize our company website to improve our online presence and showcase our certifications and compliance services professionally.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sankalp Sutra handled the complete redesign and development of our corporate website. The team was responsible for website strategy, UI/UX design, content creation, content structuring, page development, SEO, hosting, and deployment support. The team also created a client service tracking platform that allows customers to track their applications and provides an admin option to update the status, follow up, and provide deployment support.

We found them through an online search. We chose them because they were close to our geographic location, and their pricing fit our budget.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We observed improved website performance, mobile responsiveness, and user experience. Sankalp Sutra shared website performance reports demonstrating significant improvements in page speed, performance, and mobile usability. Our previous website wasn’t fully responsive on mobile devices, while the new platform provides a consistent experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile. The performance report showed strong results, including a PageSpeed score of approximately 95, an accessibility score of 93, and a score of 100 for both SEO and best practices.

How did Sankalp Sutra perform from a project management standpoint?

Sankalp Sutra managed the project professionally and maintained clear communication throughout the engagement. We regularly received progress updates through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging platforms. The team delivered major milestones on time, and they addressed feedback and change requests promptly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with their ability to understand our business requirements and convert them into practical digital solutions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we were very satisfied with the engagement. However, more proactive training and documentation during the initial rollout would’ve been beneficial.
