I’m the deputy manager at a company called English Castle which is an international school for teaching English in Turkey. We’re based in Istanbul.

We normally deliver face to face courses, but when we were faced with the pandemic of Coronavirus, we were forced to move to online education. We reached out to Sanarise for help with this and they were able to create a platform for us which we are currently using to be able to deliver our courses online.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had a CRM which we used to store our student data, grades, and financial details such as payments and things like that. However, when we faced the pandemic, we needed a platform that could be used to deliver the courses. There were some specific things that we needed, for example, we needed integration between Google and Zoom because we were using Zoom for online sessions, and Moodle as a platform for grading, quizzes, homework, and other activities. By linking Zoom and Moodle, we were able to deliver online courses.

Waleed (Co-Founder & Manager) was our point of contact. He managed the team.

The project cost was between $5,000–$10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project had two phases. The official relationship with them started in June 2020. We started with a contract with specific tasks, but we were very satisfied with what they offered so we expanded the project. They have helped us a lot. Even at the beginning of this month, we expanded into the third stage of the work. We recently added additional things to the project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had about 150 students at the beginning of the pandemic, and we now have more than 1,000 students. It has been very beneficial for us to expand our online course offerings.

We usually use WhatsApp to communicate. They created groups for the teachers and other people from our side with the team from their side where they can share any problems they are facing or any technical issue. I have direct communication with Waleed in case we need to plan, implement, or improve and we usually communicate verbally on the phone or text on WhatsApp. After agreeing on things, we send an email to document the agreement.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m very glad that we have been working with Sanarise. The support they have provided us with is more than what we expected. Rather than just solving the problem and giving us a technical solution, they were trying to train the team so that whenever there were any problems on our side we can fix them ourselves. This was a great added value for us.

I don’t think so. I think they are doing good.

Call them. I have recommended them to many of my friends.
