What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Before Sambuno Media got involved, we really weren’t getting any leads from the website, and since the new site launched, we’ve averaged at least a couple of leads per week through that. We have a lot of traffic beyond those leads as well, which never used to happen. We normally get close to 100 people on the website a day now.
How did Sambuno Media perform from a project management standpoint?
They met all of the deadlines that we laid out at the beginning of the project and were always communicative with us when we had questions or requests via text or email. I was very satisfied with the quality of their customer service.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I know nothing about tech, but I was able to give them a basic outline of what I wanted and leave it at that. They then took my ideas, improved on them, and then implemented them in a way that was easy for us to use on our side as well.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t know that there is anything they need to improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It’s always good to have an idea of what you’re looking for but let them guide you in a direction that you may not have thought about. In the end, what I got was much better than what I had thought of originally because they really know what they’re doing and how to implement things.
