We hired Saloopo for our website used for marketing of our product.

We selected based on personal connections with employees there.

We met, discussed our goals and what can be done. Agreed on the strategy, guidelines, design and price and they started with work. I had weekly calls with their developers to see the progress. Everything was done professionally and in timely manner. They used HTML, css, JavaScript and some templates and material designs. I gave them freedom to do it their way and I was satisfied.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I was really satisfied with the website and it showed good results in our sales afterwards. Basically I got what I imagined.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

It was a small team so communication was easy with them. They used Microsoft Teams for chat and meetings, and Jira for project management and it was easy to follow. They made 3 bi-weekly sprints where they broke down everything into components together with designs. It was more or les followed, little bit slow in the start till we figured out exactly what we want and later they caught up with time and finished before the deadline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The developers are really nice guys. Outgoing and open for discussion. Really easy to communicate and available almost whole day which was shocking for me. They were really professional and we had no issues. I only have the best words for them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I am pretty satisfied with the work done, now we will be cooperating on a new idea and I hope they continue in same manner. No complaints but offcurse there is always room for improvement in all segments of the job and I know the guys are on the right track.
