Sakuzo AI

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of Pneus dos Prazeres, a car repair shop and tire center in Lisbon.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Sakuzo AI to accomplish for your car repair shop and tire center?

We hired Sakuzo AI to bring in more customers through Google and to take care of our website from end to end. On marketing, the goal was to have Google working for us: our Google Search Console and Google Analytics set up properly, our Google Ads account ready, and a site that Google can read and show to people looking for tires and car repairs in Lisbon.

On the website, we have more than 15,000 tire pages, and we needed the site to be faster, more secure, and up to date, without losing any of those pages. We also wanted to know exactly who had access to it.We also wanted our domain and hosting in our own company's name and accounts, so that everything belongs to us.

Now, we are also looking at automating how we check our supplier purchases, so the office spends less time on it.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sakuzo AI has taken care of our website and our Google setup, and they are now working on automating part of our office work.

Regarding the website, they audited our WordPress site, which has more than 15,000 tire pages. They updated PHP, WordPress, and the main plugins, turned on HTTP/2 and caching, and closed the entry point of a critical security flaw in one of the plugins. Server response time without cache went from 11 seconds to between 2 and 3 seconds, and to 0.2 seconds with cache. They also ran a full virus scan of the site and reviewed who had administrator access, so we could remove the accounts that no longer belonged to us.

For Google, they set up our Google Search Console and Google Analytics and created our Google Ads account, ready to start.

For domain and hosting, they moved our .com domain into our company's name and are preparing the move to new hosting in our own account.

For security, they found that one of our office servers could be reached from the internet and warned us so we could fix it with our IT provider.

For automation, they mapped how we check our supplier purchases and designed an automation for it, which is the next phase.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from Sakuzo AI.

How did you come to work with Sakuzo AI?

We found them through a referral from a friend.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in April 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Everything is perfect. The clearest metric is speed: our server response time dropped from 11 seconds to between 2 and 3 seconds without cache, which is about 75% faster, and to 0.2 seconds with cache, about 98% faster.

Regarding security, they closed the entry point of a critical flaw in one of our plugins, updated PHP, WordPress, and the main plugins, and helped us remove the administrator accounts that no longer belonged to us. All of this was done without losing any of our more than 15,000 tire pages.

Regarding Google, our Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Ads accounts were set up in our own name, ready to measure and advertise.

We’ve also noticed more people on the website.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the owner of a barbershop with two locations near Lisbon, offering haircuts and beard care.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Sakuzo AI?

We needed help with automations, more haircuts, and having everything under control during the renovation.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sakuzo AI has built a WhatsApp assistant for our two barbershops. It answers customers at any hour and books, reschedules, and cancels appointments directly in each barber's real calendar in Teamup. It knows which barber works at which shop on each day, and it steps back when someone from the shop replies. The team keeps adjusting it based on real conversations. The project is ongoing.

So far, we've spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The WhatsApp assistant saves time, and I no longer have to answer the phone. Customers book at any hour, including outside opening hours, and through social media too. We have better control of haircuts and adjustments to bookings, fewer no-shows, and less wasted time. Overall, we've seen a 75% increase in bookings and a 95% time saved. Additionally, less than 5% of people miss their appointments.
