Improve job flow between staff members to free up time to focus on developing new job leads.

How did you select Saines Business Consulting?

Started out as telephone conversation about stresses at work due to Covid and staff being furloughed. Next we were sitting down to discuss online platforms that would benefit the business.

Describe the project in detail.

We wanted a system where staff members had a shared online workspace for saving and completing jobs. This would also include sharing and storing important job information. Secondly there was a need to free up some admin / paperwork time to make time to focus on marketing and developing new business leads.

What was the team composition?

Myself and David worked together until we were happy that the job flow was going to work and then David rolled it out with comprehensive training to the three other departments.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have only been using the new platform for three days but already seeing improvements in job production.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Seamless, David spend an hour with me and quickly understood how we work between three different departments which all had individual ways of working. He has managed to bring the three together in one digital workspace.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What I thought was going to be a minefield turned out to be seamless with David's insights.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only area I can think of and this is at a stretch as I'm searching for something to put here. Some terminology could of being explained better to staff members when discussing the new platforms. I must stress this is only because I'm trying to think of something.
