Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the president and CEO of Orchatect. Our product called Maestro is an orchestration platform business management solution that connects and manages various business systems, such as POS, accounting, CRM, and LMS. We provide real-time analytics and operational visibility to improve efficiency, performance, and profitability across multiple industries.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Saiborne?

We needed help automating royalty payment management, integrating with financial systems and payment gateways to provide e-commerce capabilities, and automating manual workflows to help our clients be more productive and save money.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Saiborne has worked on multiple projects for us, including royalty payment management automation, automatic report generation, e-commerce capabilities, profit-based reports based on detailed sales metrics, business intelligence and location comparison charts, incident management (ticketing) enhancement, and accounting integrations to automate manual tasks. The deliverables have been working solutions specific to our clients' needs.

What is the team composition?

We've worked with four members of Saiborne's team.

How did you come to work with Saiborne?

We found them through a referral and chose them because of their familiarity with ITSM.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Saiborne has performed very well in supporting our projects to successful completion. Thanks to their work, we've increased our monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and signed additional customers.

How did Saiborne perform from a project management standpoint?

Saiborne's project management is good; they deliver on time. We communicate via Slack, Zoom, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Paul and his team are wonderful to work with; they focus on the success of each project and are willing to exceed expectations from Orchatect and our clients.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on.
