Rydel Group is an independent PMO advisory and programme governance firm based in Brisbane, Australia. We work with executive sponsors of complex ERP, HRIS, and AI transformations across Australia and the broader APJ region.
We operate exclusively on the client side of the four-party model. No platform affiliations, no vendor commissions, no stake in the outcome other than the programme's success. That structural independence means our advice is always aligned with the client's interests, not vendor revenue or system integrator delivery timelines.

Project Health Check. In-flight diagnostic for programmes already underway, delivered as a direct report to steering with no filtering.
Client-Side Delivery Leadership. Embedded senior leadership representing client interests during vendor-led implementations.
Founded by Ryan Mills, a senior practitioner with experience spanning multiple continents, multiple platforms, and a wide range of complex transformations. Certifications include PMP, PMI-PMOCP, PMI-CPMAI, and Dayforce Qualified Professional.
