RunProf was tasked with taking a concept for Waspha mobile app, designing it, developing it, and testing it.  The concept evolved over time into a very robust, full-featured.  In addition, I asked them to act as product managers, developing new, functional product ideas that would set Waspha apart from the competition.  We also decided to add AI functionality near the end of the development cycle, which further set Waspha apart from its competition.

Waspha app was delivered on time and released in May 2025.

Waspha mobile app and admin panel were developed according to the project timeline, ensuring all required features were delivered. Some changes required during the process were kindly adopted by the team leader.

RunProf is very well organized and uses tools to track changes, issues, upgrades, etc. All people involved in the app's design and development are engaged in the tracking system, which works well.

Most updates were delivered on time. However, certain features and functionality were added by management during the development process. Runprof's most important attribute is its ability to respond to requests quickly throughout the process.

• The team were able to improve the web app performance drastically and single-handedly develop all of the planned features. We had no complaints about the work and were consistently impressed with the time of delivery.

We had develop a timeframe after a series of discovery calls with an aggressive delivery date. After this we broke down the project into sprints and formulated a plan to develop the UI with designers while developers were creating a dual platform app that works on tablets as well. Figma, Vue, and firebase were all used effectively, efficiently, and creatively.

We had a meeting where the CTO Ahmed provided a breakdown of the best tech solutions to choose from. The site uses a custome backend dashboard and predominantly uses PHP and JavaScript. We decided to use Twilio and the team then spent the first few weeks understanding the API and creating a test version of my platform. Ahmed and his team then moved towards integrating it into the site when the registration system was in a finished state. The integration took a while as I have a complex platform and Mina "PM" was able to add further functionality

We worked with a team of 7 professionals "a web developer, web designer, software development engineer, full stack developer, system administrator, and CTO" daily during the project. runprof recommended using a project manager but agreed that we could remove the additional cost provided we were willing to work directly with the developer every day. This worked very well as we developed we platform so it was beneficial of both sides me being more involved.

The project has just been finished and we are so far satisfied with the quality of the work, that was over expected outcome

We had daily meetings with the CTO & PM, where they filled us in on the progress and asked me technical questions about the platform. We used Slack throughout the project duration to keep in touch and report progress during the day.

I was really impressed with how quickly they managed to create the system and how effectively everyone was in communicating with me. I also can't stress how pleased I was when we were allowed to go forward with the project without having a project coordinator - it made a huge difference to us.
