Rugged has helped Stilt develop its software for the past 5+ years now (me being part of the team for about 2 years). In the time I've been here I have seen the Rugged team help us overhaul the code and penetrate a tangential industry over an effective timeframe. Personally, I led the creation of a new marketing website for Stilt and the input, guidance, and execution the Rugged team helped me with has put our website leaps and bounds ahead of the pack. 
We are constantly told how awesome our website is and it would not be the case without the help of the Rugged team. Everything the Rugged team helps us with turns out great. They are a highly valuable resource for us.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Metrics pertaining specifically to the work I did would be that we hit our go-live target for the release of the marketing website.

Yes they definitely did. The Rugged Software team has been extremely responsive and communicative. They respond via email, meeting, text, call. Everything. They're v easy to work with. Normal/cool people who do great work.

We have a very open minded relationship with this team and value all of the input they provide. It's impressive the breadth of topics their team is knowledgeable about.
