I am the founder and owner of a SaaS CRM. We are creating a solid Growth Platform to help businesses monetize their content online, increase retention rates and normalize a constant lead acquisition growth curve.

For what projects/services did your company hire Revival Pixel, and what were your goals?

The goal was to find a design agency that is able to take our inspiration board and bring it to life. We needed a firm that could materialize our thoughts and fill in the gaps of creativity.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Searching online became a laborious task, but Revival Pixel made it an easy pick because of the live design portfolios they were able to share of their previous work. It gave us the comfort of seeing if there was a match in regards to style and flow of what our company desires.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The design process with Revival Pixel was very organized and well thought out. It was obvious that this was not their first rodeo. They took a systematic approach from gathering our thoughts and wants on a survey , then followed with a Wireframe design to make they were headed in the right direction. As soon as the wireframe was approved, they immediately took the next steps to add the brandng and design integration into the project. The final steps was to get his technical integration team to bring the design into the proper CMS platform.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have not launched quite yet as we are getting the rest of the company marketing plans in place, but the website and branding of our new SaaS platform was an essential milestone to get this train moving.

We communicated via Slack and Zoom for the entire project. The communication was seamless and 100% interactive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company was able to fill in the GAPS. Despite our company being so busy, if there was a situation where Revival Pixel needed some guidance but was unable to get a quick response, they took the initiative to move forward to get the project to the next step.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not for this first interaction with them but we intend to have a long-term relationship with this firm.
