I’m the owner of Mercy Fashion, an e-commerce company that sells sarees and ethnic wear, blending heritage craftsmanship with contemporary flair.

What challenge were you trying to address with Rox Agency?

We needed to establish our digital presence from scratch, including a professional website and active social media channels. Our core objectives were to move from informal WhatsApp-based selling to a structured online storefront, build brand credibility, and drive consistent customer discovery through Instagram and Pinterest.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rox Agency has handled our complete digital setup. They’ve designed and developed our WordPress website with a clean, fashion-forward UI that showcases our saree collections. On the marketing side, they manage our Instagram and Pinterest accounts, creating content, product graphics, reels, and festive campaign posts consistently every month.

Rox Agency has also set up the full e-commerce functionality on our WordPress site, including the product catalog, cart, and payment gateway integration. Customers can browse, select, and place orders directly through the website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a clear increase in website visits after the launch. More customers are coming through Instagram directly to the site, and WhatsApp inquiries have increased noticeably within the first few months. We’ve also increased our Instagram followers from 200 to 1,500. Our Pinterest account is still growing; we’ve set up boards and are posting consistently, but we’re not tracking detailed click data yet.

Overall, we’ve gone from a small informal business to a recognizable local brand with a digital presence — website, social media, and consistent content all working together.
