ACI Serbia is the Serbian chapter of ACI International, which was founded back in 1975.

We hired Roundcube to develop a version oftheir comprehensive event management app “Congrs,” tailored specifically for the ACI FMA ADRIA Financial Markets Conference. Our primary objectives were to enhance networking opportunities, and provide real-time updates and interactive content during the event.

Our collaboration with Roundcube centered on creating a customized event management application, specifically designed for the ACI FMA ADRIA Financial Markets Conference. The scope included several essential features such as a comprehensive list of all registered participants to facilitate networking, detailed biographies and presentation topics of speakers to help attendees plan their engagement, and a dedicated sponsorship section showcasing sponsor logos and information with links. 

The app also featured a detailed up-to-date agenda providing a thorough overview of the conference schedule, including times and locations for all sessions. Other features included a live polling platform for real-time interaction between speakers and the audience. To ensure ease of app installation,the use of a QR code was implemented for quick access. 

Additionally, Roundcube provided necessary support during participant registration atthe conference to assist with onboarding, given the limited availability of client staff. A crucial deliverable was the beta version ofthe app, which was provided in late April, allowing us sufficienttime for thorough testing and approval prior to the event. 

This comprehensive approach ensured thatthe app met allthe specific needs ofthe conference, significantly enhancing both the attendee experience and overall event management.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app demonstrated remarkable success atthe ACI FMA ADRIA Financial Markets Conference, with strategically timed peak usage aligning with key event segments. Usage surged during the welcome snack on the first day and notably increased before and after registration, during the Artificial Intelligence panel, and subsequent the coffee break on the second day. Sponsors incorporating live polling saw significantly higher traffic to their pages, indicating enhanced attendee engagement. 

Overall, satisfaction surveys reflected that attendees were either very satisfied or satisfied with their event and app experience, underscoring the app’s effectiveness in enhancing the conference dynamics and participant satisfaction.

Roundcube’s project management was exemplary. They delivered all milestones on time and were highly responsive to our needs throughout the project. Their ability to adaptto changes and address issues as they arose was particularly impressive.

Roundcube assisted with the development of the LendOne application from the time of purchase until now. Since then the application has changed drastically. They assisted with building and maintaining various vendor and product integrations. We have consistently conducted at least one release per month and Roundcube assisted in the development, review and QA testing during those releases.

Yes, they delivered on time for the majority of the items. Their response to my needs was exceptional, very patient with all the business requests, met the deadlines faced and the ones that were extended due to what ever reason were out of roundcube's control.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their handson approach, Cedomir looks at the product holistically not just as a "developer", there is a great concern for the business side of things, short and long term planning. I personally have learned a great deal from Cedomir

No. Everything they’ve done has been exceptional.
