Rogue Digital is a UK digital agency that builds, migrates, and modernises technology for mid-market businesses. We work as a single technical partner across the full stack — architecture, engineering, design, data, and strategy — so you don't need to stitch together five vendors.

Legacy modernisation — escaping end-of-life platforms, vendor lock-in, and technical debt. We stabilise and rebuild incrementally using patterns like the strangler fig, so you modernise without the replatforming death march.

We've led platform migrations involving hundreds of thousands of product URLs, built AI-powered CRM systems from scratch, and modernised legacy architectures that other agencies wouldn't touch.

Engagements start from £15,000/month for advisory and strategy, £35,000/month for build and delivery, and £50,000/month for full partnership. We work on rolling terms after an initial engagement period, not long lock-in contracts.
