Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

RKDigital have been working with us for a number of years now. They initially rebuilt our ecommerce website on Magento 2 and have continued to support and optimise it on an ongoing basis. Key deliverables included a full website rebuild, ongoing development and performance improvements and a number of integrations such as Klaviyo for email marketing, Nosto for product recommendations and integrating with ERP software. On the marketing side, they plan and manage our digital strategy covering paid search and social media advertising. The work spans day to day execution and longer term planning.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They’ve been instrumental in our growth. The website is faster, more stable and performs better overall and our digital marketing channels are far more effective. Beyond the technical results, what stands out is their ability to just get things done without fuss. They move fast and feel like part of the team. It’s made a real difference having a partner we can rely on across both strategy and execution.

Project management has always been solid. They’re highly responsive, quick to act and they deliver work on time without fuss. Communication is straightforward and efficient, they’re always available at the end of the phone if we need them. Whether it’s planned work or something urgent, they just get on with it.
