For what projects/services did your company hire RJSQUARE INFOTECH, and what were your goals?

I wanted to develop a multipurpose application to be used in the education sector that is compatible with a Bluetooth reader. This Application can be used to display any web page in a kiosk environment, values from Mifare cards and the built-in camera can be scanned in to specified fields.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I Found RJSQUARE after searching online for a company that could provide a complete end to end software solution. Being my first project, I have been very impressed with the quality and cost offered.

Being my first iOS application, I knew very little about the software development process. I started with providing a basic direction and design and overtime I provided with design and software guidance which led me to my final product.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I was first in Contact the CTO Jay, who then put me in contact with Ankur the project manager and Jigar the CEO. Jay is my point of contact who then passes my requirements on.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Being a startup, my application has been deployed to beta customers and is being used successfully. My hopes are that I can release on a larger scale in 2023.

Very easy to communicate with, I can jump on anytime of the day and shoot a message to them and get something back within a day or two. Updates are provided regularly. I was never left worrying about the progress of project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The software and GUI design skills consistently exceeded my expectations. I never questioned if something was possible, it was simply a question of when I could have something implemented.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I was never left with anything that I would hope for as an improvement during the project.
