Rivenox delivered a complete end-to-end digital build and growth partnership. They translated our concept into a fully defined platform architecture covering customer and supplier mobile apps, a responsive website, and a powerful admin control system. Rivenox led UX design, full-stack development, infrastructure setup, payment integrations, and workflow automation to ensure a scalable, secure, and high-performing ecosystem.

Beyond development, they supported our go-to-market strategy through SEO, SEM, Meta advertising setup, analytics configuration, and AI-platform visibility optimisation. Post-launch, Rivenox continues to provide optimisation, feature enhancements, and strategic growth support.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The platform had to support thousands of supplier sign-ups and tens of thousands of customer orders which was achieved whilst still maintaining award winning design and performance. Our digital strategy was to make Helpi the number one home services platform on both organic SEO and AI platforms which we believe will be a fundamental growth avenue for us.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Delivery wise Rivenox were very attentive and transparent in what was working well, what needed further revisions - such as early on with getting designs through the UI & Design phase - and if any items were going to be later than originally planned: the two main ones being our AI pricing engine and we had some slight delays with listing our apps on the Android Play Store. We were very happy with how the programme was delivered and even at the very end felt reassured we made the right choice from the multiple agencies we interviewed as part of our vendor selection process. Even now we discuss ongoing releases to our apps and websites and Rivenox are always responsive to our needs particularly as we are a new business and quite frequently are getting market feedback that needs urgent attention.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

When we set out to interview vendors to become our technology partner we wanted to have an agency that could offer to us as many services as possible that we needed - so app and website development, platform development, ability to build an AI pricing engineer but other items such as digital marketing and SEO/SEM and still be pragmatic and flexibile with us still refining our business model. We found out of all the agencies we interviewed not many actually ticked all of these boxes and Rivenox made a standout impression in their technical solution and also their positioning as a partner agency to help us with the unknowns, not just delivering a scope of works. The ability to just pick up the phone and discuss problems or ideas and get good, honest feedback is one of the most unique aspects of our relationship with Rivenox and makes it a relationship we want to keep for the long term.  

Are there any areas for improvement or something Rivenox - Global Consultancy could have done differently?

Not really - on full reflection it has been a great journey and a great result and ultimately we have amazing apps our customers love, a scalable platform and an industry first AI pricing engine. We have exceeded in becoming the number one referred home services company on AI platforms which we made a key priority for Rivenox and with both sign-ups of customers and suppliers we are ahead on targets, which have been a direct result from the great work Rivenox have done on Meta and PPCs targetting. We always felt Rivenox - Global Consultancy was on our side so if we did encounter any problems we faced them together which is a better criteria for judging suppliers than if they done everything perfect.
