Please describe your company and your position there.

We are Mobile and IT wholesale business in Leyton London. We sell laptops, mobiles, mobiles accessories and all IT accessories. We also provide repair services for laptops and mobiles. We also provide installation and setup services for laptops.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Rising Tech Dev?

We wanted to create a website for our wholesale clients and regular clients as well to view and buy mobile and IT accessories. So we asked rising tech owner to develop it for us. The owner was working as a freelancer back in 2015 when we started working with her. It's now that she decided to start a proper business.

What were your goals for this project?

To publish new products and get customers attraction. To publish each product specification so that we can send the link to our wholesale clients for marketing. We get good profit from our wholesale business because of the website.

A friend of min recommended her.

She created a simple website in start as we were new business so we did not know what products we will have. But later on she converted our website to a responsive e-commerce website. Rising Tech also uploads latest products on the website for us. They completely manage our website for us.

What was the team composition?

The team consists of four people now. We deal with the owner she is our point of contact. She manages her web designer and 2 developers. We had long meetings with the web designer and then during the development phase we also had a chat with a developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our wholesale clients are really happy as they can go to our website and get full specification of products before placing an order with us over phone.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Rising tech owner is a very good manager. They have managed our website really well. All I have to do is send a product update email to them and the team will upload the SEO content on its own

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The support and management are great. Their designer is extremely talented.

Are there any areas for improvement?

it would be very nice if they publicise their business more as they might get good number of clients.
