Always on time, when It couldn't be possible they always call ahead of time to re-schedule for another day or even if it was able to help in remote support as well to avoid delays.

They have a kind of different ticketing system, which is top-notch.

Sometimes they couldn't come in person due to the high request of IT services, that was the issue that I could say it could improve

Riseradar has developed third-party software for AutoCAD for my designs. The team has also provided IT helpdesk services for Windows issues, software errors, and device problems.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Riseradar has developed software that helps my company work in a fast-paced environment without stopping so many times for errors or issues. Just getting this software to speed up the process of delivering jobs in a good time has been a game-changer. 
Using this software allows me to cut one week of work in just two days until the final delivery.Moreover, all the methods Riseradar uses have saved me money in buying new devices. Thanks to their services, I’ve been able to cut my expenses in software and devices.

Riseradar always delivers on time. Everything on their side has always been clear. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Riseradar’s ticketing system, which has been developed by them, is impressive. They always answer my calls or call me back quickly. The ticketing system is accurate and clear.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would appreciate it if Riseradar sent someone physically at least once a year.
