With extensive involvement in various sectors over the years, Ric has been a partner in a public accounting practice, business coach and advisor and also a web developer. In these roles, he has presented publicly on many occasions in the capacity of a speaker, facilitator and trainer. In particular, Ric enjoys a passion for community, community organisations and volunteers and is a Member of the Institute of Community Directors Australia (MICDA). He has a firm belief that community is the backbone of our society. Without these organisations and volunteers, we wouldn’t have communities.
Ric has an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business at Charles Sturt University. His research focuses on the value of community leadership training in small rural Victorian communities.
