Hired Rise Online Marketing through Shopify Experts on 8/21/2023 due to their 5 Star reviews on Shopify. I wanted someone to create email campaigns and retargeting emails flows for my online business store Skin haven RX. The owner benjamin suggested Google ads instead stating that I should focus on traffic for conversion to sales. I went with his expertise.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measures were constant ad rejections due to them using medical terms and not trying to understand my business. A video ad that I had to find on YouTube after requesting multiple times to see what he was working on, in which this ad was 100% distorted, unviewable with no sound or text and he ran it at a cost to me of an additional $300 in ad costs. 
Then the owner disappeared for me never to hear from him again since he drafted my account again for another $11,500 on 9-23-2023 and then contacted me on 9-25-2023 stating he had covid, but then he re-contacted me on 9/25/23 stating that he was going to refund that draft and would do the work he promised from the first payment made on 8/21/2023 of $1,650. 9/29/2023 Was the last time I heard from him after many requests for refunds and more and yet he continues to take on new clients.

Nothing was delivered. Nothing at all, and I mean nothing.

It's impressive how Shopify continues to allow this company to victimize others regardless of many people have expressed their fraud
