I’m the owner and founder of NK Digital Marketing Company. We support small businesses with their digital marketing efforts, doing websites, social media, and everything online to help increase their success.

What challenge were you trying to address with Paolo Abagar Web Designs?

I was looking for a company that could help me create websites for our small businesses. I needed someone who had an eye for design and the technical ability to create the websites and get them launched.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started the engagement by showing Paolo Abagar Web Designs the client that we were looking to create a website for. They were able to very quickly capture the idea and the design of what we were looking for and build and get the website up and running. From there, we continue to work with them on various website redesign, development, and maintenance projects for our clients. They also help with SEO work on some of our sites.

For our web design and development projects, we typically provide Paolo Abagar Web Designs with the sites’ specifications, such as the required pages and functionality. We also provide them website copy, but we give them the creative license to edit or change those as needed. They’ve helped create dynamic content and handle website revamp projects for some of our clients. Paolo Abagar Web Designs works on Wix and WordPress.

Paolo Abagar Web Designs has been able to create the sites faster than I would’ve been able to do so. They also have fair rates, which allows us to have a good profit margin with our clients. Overall, Paolo Abagar Web Designs creates stunning, well-performing websites for our clients. Our clients have been very satisfied with the sites, so much so that they have recommended us to others. I’ll definitely continue working with Paolo Abagar Web Designs as needed.

Paolo Abagar Web Designs has performed well in terms of project management. They’ve consistently delivered on time and sometimes ahead of schedule. Their turnaround time is typically 24 hours, but they have been very upfront and transparent whenever they needed more time to finish a project.

We typically communicate through Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Paolo Abagar Web Designs is able to take abstract design ideas and translate them into visually-appealing sites. I’m also impressed with their ability to quickly understand the goals of our projects and their timeliness in delivering on projects.

Paolo Abagar Web Designs has been doing web development for us; I give them a domain to build the website and an Elementor login so they can use it for WordPress. After that, they develop the platforms and promptly take care of any change requests I have.

To jumpstart every process,  I provide them with content and tell them what pages I need and the titles for them, and from there, Paolo Abagar Web Designs’ team does everything from scratch.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Paolo’s keen to details and his eye for design made him the best choice. He also is very responsive and his outputs are excellent.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We started with discussing the client brief, then a series of discovery calls to know the client’s objectives and needs. We then present several branding samples for the client to pick. Once the final branding is decided, with the help of Paolo, we created a website mockup to show the client how would their website look and feel.

Then another series of feedback session is done until we finalize the website’s design and layout. Finally, Paolo develops the website on WordPress following the agreed design and functionality needed. And after all the series of QA, we launch the website.

It was me as the Head and Project Manager, a content writer, a QA and Paolo.
