For what projects/services did your company hire Rhetoric Group?

We hired Rhetoric Group to do a comprehensive UI/UX case study on our distribution platform, come up with end-to-end recommendations and solutions, prototype, test, develop it and deploy.

How did you select this vendor?

They came highly recommended from a previous client. We searched and reached out to them online and they were very quick to get acquainted and getting started.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Their team first started by understanding the problem we were facing from an operations point of view. They then carried out comprehensive UX studies using different methods before they gave us a couple of well thought of wireframes and prototypes. After a couple of iterations on the UI, we settled on the final one and they proceeded to develop the platform on a headless CMS for easy management from our staff. The platform went through series of testing before we eventually rolled it out for production on AWS (which they were also glad to architect and manage it for us).

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

My team worked directly with an assigned Project Manager and their UI/UX Designers, Developers & DevOps teams from time to time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are extremely pleased with what Rhetoric Group did for us, they were exceptional from start to finish. I have to commend their organization in dealing with such a huge and critical project.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were perfect. Their team knew and communicated clearly what to do/expect at each stage which made the process seamless.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have perfected their craft - from UI/UX design to development all the way to DevOps, they did not let us down at any stage. They overdelivered!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I noticed.
