Dylan's Movers is a moving company offering homes and businesses comprehensive moving and packing services. I'm the founder and CEO of Dylan’s Movers.

For what projects/services did your company hire Reviro, and what were your goals?

As a rapidly growing moving company, we needed to create some kind of software to optimize our internal processes like processing requests from our customers and so on. The task for Reviro was to create a selling and user-friendly website for interacting with customers.

It was important for us that the company had a good experience in web development, and integrating CRM systems for optimizing companies’ processes.

Reviro just in 1.5 months delivered a fully functional and user-friendly website with an admin panel adaptive for mobile phones. For the whole development frontend and backend developers were working with Python/Django, JavaScript, nginx, Docker, and used continuous integration and continuous delivery practices (CI/CD). Now Reviro technically supports Dylan's Movers by monitoring the servers and security as users leave confidential information on the website.

Dylan’s Movers development team consisted of 3 members: project manager, backend developer, frontend developer. However, we mostly were working with project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our company operations have been effectively digitally changed thanks to the Reviro team. The website allows our potential customers to book any sort of moving services easily which has led to our business's growth. We now get over 500 orders every month, and over 8,000 people have utilized our services across the United States.

Cooperation and communication worked well, making our first outsourcing experience very successful. The whole developing process was delivered quickly and yet in good quality. Since our company is in different countries and thus in different time zones, I thought there would be some challenges with communication. But thanks to Alina’s time and product management skills, we didn’t face any obvious issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are genuinely interested in the growth of the company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are still partners, and I see how they are constantly improving themselves. I haven't felt anything lacking about Reviro yet.

Navi Taxi is a transportation startup that aims to create a sustainable business in taxi ordering services. The company's main mission is comfort and safety for passengers, stable earnings for drivers, and environmental friendliness for the country. I’m the co-founder of Navi Taxi.

For a long time, we had the idea of creating a local taxi company that is not inferior in quality of service. Since the technical part is one of the most important components of a startup's success, we wanted to find a company and a team of creative professionals with experience working with startups, ready to invest in the project as much as we did. Reviro was perfect for our needs, and as the work progressed, we never regretted our choice of a partner for Navi.

We heard a lot of positive feedback about Reviro's work, about how they are committed to the project and will do everything they can to make the product a success. We like that they are very startup-friendly and have a lot of experience working with new companies.

The development of the first MVP mobile application on Android and iOS separately for passengers and drivers and an admin panel dashboard for operators and administration took over 3 months. Then they updated all the systems. Overall we had more than 40+ releases with new features such as cashless payment, constant technical support, and so on.

The development team used various technologies to create a working application. For example, for iOS development, Swift/SwiftUI language, and Android development Kotlin. Also, different frameworks like Django for backend, React for frontend, Fast API, and PostgreSQL for databases and deployment were used.

Navi Taxi development team consists of 16 members:

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Creating such a large-scale project is not easy, but the Reviro team managed and continues to improve the overall technical part of the Navi Taxi mobile app for clients and drivers on Android and iOS. The team is currently working on integrating an improved taxi ordering system using machine learning techniques, which is great because we are seeing real improvements in our product. To this point, more than 15 thousand downloads of the Navi Taxi app on Google Play and App Store.

In the beginning, we were meeting online, but we realized that this was ineffective along the way, so we began to meet in person during the main development period. At the moment, we communicate via messenger because it is more comfortable for us, but I know that the team uses Slack and other software for project management.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Proactive approach - the Reviro team has constantly been putting all its efforts into making Navi Taxi better every day and offering their ideas on how it can be improved.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The team is very initiative, but because of the lack of budget and time we couldn’t always use their ideas.

I’m the founder and CEO of Okay.kg. Okay.kg is a startup that provides banks, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs with a database and grading system. This platform allows users to acquire information on a buyer-borrower's TIN. Telegram-bot @okaykg_bot allows users to quickly find information and check the reliability of a possible borrower via TIN.

In Kyrgyzstan there’s a problem with installment sales and loan issuance, it is a great risk for entrepreneurs and banks because of the lack of transparency. That’s why we wanted to create a platform which will give information on the reliability of the company or individual. The main goal was to develop a platform with a safe database of TINs, so users could easily access that information.

We needed a company for a long-term partnership that would be enthusiastic about our idea as well as we were.

The platform for Okay.kg consists of 3 parts: The landing page provides information about Okay.kg, its mission, and how to use the Telegram bot to obtain loan details via the TIN. The admin panel is one of Okay.kg's most crucial features employs a client-server approach. PostgreSQL is a database management system that accepts database connections from client applications. It manages numerous client connections at the same time. The PostgreSQL database backend embedded into our bot allows the user to provide information on the history of loans TIN of a Kyrgyz Republic person.

Mostly I was working with Adilet and Alina. Adilet is founder and CEO of Reviro, and Alina is project manager. They were closely working with developers. We’re continually being partners, and thanks to this partnership Okay.kg is successful.

Okay.kg platform is growing day by day, offering even more TIN informations, with new partners from different financial institutions. Reviro continues to support making sure that all data remains confidential technically.

They were very transparent during the development process about which tasks were performed and which new feature was added. The project was well managed and followed best practices with daily reports to track progress.

I’m the co-founder of the lead generation platforms Lawsales, Leadpool, and Urnavigator that we developed together with Reviro. Our partnership with Reviro began with the Lawsales project to attract leads for the legal sector.

After a positive and productive experience, I again turned to them to create a different lead generation, Leadpool, aimed more at lawyers who already had a website. As a result of our successful collaboration and strong partnership, all of our work has evolved into Urnavigator.

I had a chance to work with the CEO of Reviro before on other projects, and I was familiar with his deep knowledge in the field and dedication. So I decided to become partners with him and his team because I was confident in their abilities.

The project went through the following stages: Development of a multi-site, mobile-friendly website with themed sections regarding the legal services offered by our platforms. Potential clients should be able to easily submit an application and identify an expert who suits their criteria on the site.

Creation of a customized CRM system for call centers, marketers, administrators, and clients that allows them to manage leads in a private dashboard, track transactions, and obtain full information about the leads and finances involved in the relevant sections of the personal dashboard, reports on forms, and analytics.

Development of Lawsales, Leadpool, and Urnavigator always consisted of a project manager, UI/UX designer, backend and frontend developers, and QA engineer. There were over 10 people who were always involved in the development.

Since Reviro started as a startup, they were very involved in the development of the startup and supported us in every way, and I have not seen that in any other IT company.

Since we have been together from the beginning of the company, I have seen everything: ups and downs, and I see how Reviro is constantly improving, starting with the team and the services offered. It would be great if they could expand the services they offer as a team, and I know Reviro is working on that.

I am the co-founder of the former financial marketplace and current financial API gateway FIN.

We needed to update our web and mobile applications (financial marketplace) in order for them to be adaptable for further development as an API gateway. We updated and rewrote the whole system.

Reviro is well known in the IT sector for its high professionalism and quality of work delivered in terms of both IT and business parts. Since we've heard about them before, we decided to approach them.

The project consists of 2 basic parts: 1. A multi-page website adaptive for mobile phones The website has a feature for placing information on credit and current exchange rates with the ability to place advertisements for partner banks in the form of banners. 2.

CRM for admins, marketers, and call-center Integrated CRM systems make it possible to create content and manage it about financial organizations and their products. Monitoring and management of leads from the website for selected financial institutions. Through CRM system admins, marketers, and call center specialists are able to view statistics on the leads.

FIN's development team consisted of 13 members: 3 Project managers 4 Backend developers 4 Frontend developers 2 QA engineers

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Reviro is able to deliver the outcomes even earlier than is needed. They are flawless not only from the technical point of view but also are experts in the business part of a project.

Compared to other IT specialists and even entire teams, Reviro is extremely comfortable to work with. Even when we, as product owners, don't follow the timeliness, they are there to remind, guide and help whenever their participation is needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We met many specialists and entire teams on our business journey, but we could not find the partner we needed in any of them until we met Reviro. Our cooperation has always been and continues to be flawless on their part.

As I mentioned earlier, Reviro shows the highest level of professionalism, not only from a technical point of view but also from a business one. We look forward to continuing our journey together.

The Kyrgyz have a very ancient history. So that the next generation does not forget our history, monuments to great personalities have been erected throughout Kyrgyzstan. But on the monuments, only the name is written in a bastard. We wanted everyone to know about our history. And we stopped at QR codes.

And we needed a site where we could write about our history. And to implement these ideas, we hired Reviro.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Rivero has developed a website that automatically generates QR codes. Este's team has installed about 100 QR code tags throughout Kyrgyzstan. The most popular QR code is Bishkek Baatyr. 1500 views.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They are good at delivering project management. At the beginning of our project, we met and discussed. In the course of work, we worked, planned over the phone. Online.

For example: when you write an article about any person, the site automatically prepares QR codes.
