Major goals of this project were to ensure data security from competitors, must be scalable to meet organization growing need, can be tailor-made to meet our business process and flow and no additional cost for users including source code ownership.

The web portal has significantly improved user engagement, with increased website traffic, higher conversion rates, and enhanced customer satisfaction. 
All in all, Improved User Engagement and Traffic ,Enhanced User Experience (UX) , Increased Conversion Rates , Site Speed and Reliability, Scalability.

Both teams worked closely to ensure alignment on goals, with regular meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and make adjustments as needed. I am the Founder and partner of Shah Associates. The firm is established by the father and son duo Mr Sunilkumar and Mr Jay Sunilkumar. The firm represents an amalgamation of vast experience and new age practices. We emphasise value, integrity, and cost-effective legal services to our clients.

We hired Reveation for developing our website. Being in Legal Industry, we have strict code of conducts and the purpose of the website should not be advertising but informative and educational also it can help prospective clients to reach us and pay for the services rendered by us and an easy place for case management.

From quite some time, I was searching for a trusted technology partner to provide a technical solution to the problems faced by our company and give shape to my idea and vision.

An educational and informational website for an advocate and his firm, in accordance to rules and regulation of the advocates act. the website provides access to the work of the advocate including articles, the types of work they undertake and also an appointment portal along with a back-end for case management and invoicing for the law firm.

The project team includes about 5-6 people, but certain individuals like Designers, Technical Architect etc. would come and go depending on the skills needed at specific point of time. Managing the project was a fairly straight forward and hassle free as were assigned a Project Manager who acted as a single point of contact throughout the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I term it a success as the productivity of our firm increased after rolling out the website and it has also facilitated clients to have easy access to their data.

The project management was very impressive. There were regular updates from team and any delays was communicated in well advance due to unforeseen reasons. There was always transparency of scenario and creativity they brought on table plus the ease with which the project is executed was laudable.

Capability to deliver Robust solution, creative mindset and cost efficient website development. The team was quite friendly and professional in their communication and delivery of work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are happy with the progress and engagement so far. There is nothing specific, they are good at what they do but one can never be complacent just keep working hard.

I'm the owner of multiple stores on various Marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central, Etsy and Shopify . We sell personalized accessories, digital art prints and personalized arts.

For what projects/services did your company hire Reveation, and what were your goals?

With so many stores and SKUs across all the marketplace, we needed a centralized way of managing all our inventory and provide better sales tracking and synchronization across all the platforms. We needed to build our own platform that integrates everything.

This required to move away from Shopify and use the latest of API integration with our print providers and online marketplaces. Without all the integration, there is a lot of manual processes that is prone to error and hence delay in order processing. Clearly we needed outside expertise in e-commerce development, Amazon API, Etsy API,API integration with several of our partner such as Printify, Gelato and others.

We hired this team to design the architecture and develop our own website/platform that provided us better online presence and better visibility on all marketplace activities.

We searched online for several firms with expertise in software development and modern web development including React, Angular, Server technologies, AWS and Azure services. After interviewing several we selected this team based on the number of years of experience, their past work and references.

In our Kick-off meeting we discussed goals and objectives. I provided the high level vision of the target deliverable. From there, the team delivered mock-ups and wireframes for our platform/website. After a few iterations, their team designed the front end and every sprint they delivered one new API integration.

A project manager, 1 Web designer, 2 Backend and API developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since launching our platform, our inventory is now synchronized between all marketplaces, there is very less manual processing and now we are seeing increased sales through our Google and other search engines.

We used Slack for our communication and entire team dedicated to this project was available. We had two calls per week for status updates and resolve any blockers.

They have a lot of experience building robust software and e-commerce integration. Their knowledge of AWS and Azure helped us design a very robust architecture that is scalable and resilient for continued growth of our ecommerce activities.

I am Chief Medical Officer of the well known wellness center located in south.

We wanted to have a web portal developed for end to end activities for managing wellness center from booking management, guest arrivals, treatment management, scheduling their days, diet management, inventory , maintenance request etc along with mobile application for guest coming to our property.

Web & Mobile App Solution for Renowned wellness Center based out of south. Application consist of Guest bookings, Billing , room management , treatment management, diet management, Inventory , Maintenance, Integration with accounting system etc are the core modules of this application developed in ReactJS, ReactNative and MySQL. This web solution has been hosted on AWS to make available from anywhere supporting with mobile apps in Android as well iOS.

There are 4 people in core team, one project manager, React JS developers, React Native developer, Designer and QA , team used to ramp-up or scale down as per need.

We are so happy with the deliveries and quality.

Clear timelines were defined with phase wise deliveries. Each Release after QA testing was moved on UAT for our review and after our go ahead they put it on production. They have internal system to raise queries and maintain change request.
