I am the Director of a Web Design and Development Agency. We provide design, development and strategy services for medium to large corporates.

For what projects/services did your company hire Resty applications, and what were your goals?

We engaged Slava from Resty to develop a Wordpress website, including the integration of multiple API driven calculators. Our goals were to build a robust, secure site on a set schedule.

How did you select Resty applications and what were the deciding factors?

We had worked with Slava on previous projects and were impressed with his quality of work, punctuality and communication.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We broke the development into 4 stages based on the scope of work. Designs were provided to the team before project kick off.

We communicated daily on the progress of development, including any challenges, blockers or opportunities for improvement. Progress was reviewed at monthly retros.

Initially the team built out common site templates and populated content for review. Later stages focused on development of custom API driven calculators, built to specific use cases.

The project was deployed to a staging site for periodic reviews and deployed live on final review and sign off. Deployment was co-ordinated between teams and ran smoothly.

We employed a single lead developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

General feedback of the outcome was positive from all parties involved and has resulted in well established on going work.

Communication is clear and timely. We have used a number of channels including email, Slack, Asana, Skype and Google Meet. Timeline management is good and communication around deliverability has also been timely.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have always been impressed with Slava's clam, clear, reasonable and insightful communication and guidance. He has proved to be a valuable and knowledgable resource.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have continued to work with Slava and his team for many years. Any challenges we have experienced have always been discussed in an open and respectful way and have lead to satisfactory outcomes for both sides.

Resty delivered me design source files and project repository with readme and commented tutorial.

We managed everything in Custom CRM that they provided. My project was managed in Agile manner but with some adjustments
