Resourcifi provided excellent support through their IT staff augmentation services. The scope of work included app maintenance, bugs identification, bug fixes, on-priority support, and development of any new features if required. Key deliverables included improved data security measures, optimized IT workflow, proactive resolutions any issues in live apps.

Working with Resourcific helped us reduce our overheads, address client issues more proactively, and expand our services to acquire more clients. With their support, we witnessed improved operational efficiency and a seamless workflow. Additionally, the implementation of secure data storage and backup systems ensured data protection and compliance with industry regulation.

The experience has been great working with the Resourcific team. The work we had for them was not very time oriented but more to do with the efficiency but, in regard to the worklogs, we had timely updates on everything. The project manager has been very diligent in ensuring smooth execution.

Resourcific had a deep understanding of the specific needs and challenges faced by us. Their knowledge of industry-specific regulation, such as HIPAA compliance, GDPR, COPPA, etc ensured that our system was robust and in line with the necessary security for our clients.

• We serve a lot of custom development projects ourselves and we were struggling meeting the timeline of a project, as our main developer on the project had to go away due to some severe health condition. We found Resourcifi online and contacted them to help us with a backend developer. Considering the urgency of our requirements, they expedited the process at a speed that we had a developer working with our team within 4 days of us contacting them.

There wasn't a scope of work because it was to be defined by us internally for the developer but in terms of key deliverables - they were pretty quick in their turn around times, they understood our skill specifications well and only presented developers who matched our expectations so that it wasn't a waste time for either of us and we're very happy with the developer who is working with us.

The collaboration with Resourcifi yielded measurable outcomes that showcased significant progress in the development process, helping us meet our project timelines.

Resourcifi provided us with a dedicated Account Manager who worked with us very closely and effectively managed the resource at their end as well. They shared regular worklogs to ensure transparency and actively collaborated with our internal team, to address our specific requirements that got presented during our engagement.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most about Resourcifi was their ability to comprehend our needs and their quick turn around time. Their extensive experience was demonstrated through their process and enabled them to integrate with our team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Resourcifi Inc. could have done differently?

We've had great experience working with one developer. I'm not quite sure what that be if we were to have more people from their team onboarded. That isn't feedback but an area unexplored.

I am the Founder & CEO of Ecoalition, which develops beautiful bracelets and other products to come that are all made from recycled components reclaimed from the ocean, beaches and land. In addition, we plant a tree in your name in the most deforested regions of Brazil to protect the Amazon and heal our planet. As Founder and CEO, I drive the vision of the company and manage our agencies from advertising, PR, social and software/web development among other roles.

For what projects/services did your company hire Resourcifi Inc., and what were your goals?

As we were approaching launch, I did not feel comfortable with the website front end as it was dark and needed a full website refresh. Our creative director came up with a completely new site design leveraging more of our vast media library. Resourcifi was brought in as true Shopify experts to bring this refresh (among many other elements) to life with a completely new website beyond our expectations.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have run digital advertising agencies for the past 25 years and conducted all of the agency selections including Resourcifi. They rose to the top and it was truly an easy decision based on their 20+ years of experience and deep Shopify expertise. The decision was one of the biggest and best selections of Ecoalition speeding our path to launch and infusing their own technical savvy coupled with best of breed recommendations and creative solutions to every challenge!

I initially help a kickoff meeting with our Account leader Upasana and our project manager Suddharshan to discuss the sense of urgency and review the website comps. Suddharshan and I meet daily each morning to review progress and next steps in an Agile / Scrum management style. Resourcifi is leveraging a combination of Shopify front-end development and custom code to make our website perfect for our objectives and to integrate with our back-end CRM and fulfillment systems.

The team consists of:

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project deliverables were a completely new website with numerous pages and our main ecommerce engine integrated with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. Resourcifi was an absolute pleasure to work with and their expertise, creativity, and overall drive / attitude was impeccable.

The team aligns so well with the Ecoalition mission and vision that I could not imagine another partner on this initiative. They consistently went above and beyond to meet our aggressive launch timelines including working late and often weekends to get it done! I cannot state strongly enough what a game-changer Resourcifi was for our team!

At Ecoalition, we leverage agile/scrum with tools such as ClickUp and Slack to facilitate our projects and timelines. Suddharshan is a key part of the team by the end of month one and we look forward to more great things to come.

Resourcifi truly understands your vision, timelines, and objectives and they will do whatever it takes to align their development to meet and exceed our expectations! They develop in a way that is very clean and consistent developing components in a fraction of the time of our previous developers given their deep Shopify expertise! Our project manager was also a pleasure to work with and handles tight timelines and stress with an impressive disposition. He was definitely awesome to work with on this project!

They consistently exceeded expectations and I really don't have anything negative to say here. They deserve the accolades.

The vendor made wireframes that were later transformed into screen, we approved the screens and then the development process began... the project was very complex and had a lot customized work to be done... they delivered and were always willing to cooperate and meet.
