We needed to build a complete e-commerce platform for us, including the customer storefront, secure online payments, product management, order management, and an admin dashboard for day-to-day operations.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Resolutex designed and developed the complete e-commerce platform for us. The engagement included requirements discovery, user-flow planning, responsive storefront design, product catalog setup, shopping cart and checkout development, Razorpay payment integration, order management, and a secure admin dashboard. The team also configured product and pricing management, customer order visibility, payment-status tracking, mobile responsiveness, deployment, domain setup, production testing, and post-launch fixes. The final platform was delivered as a production-ready website that I can manage independently.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We launched a fully functional e-commerce website with Razorpay payments, product and order management, and a founder-facing admin dashboard within four weeks. We moved the business from manually managed social media orders to a self-service online ordering flow, reducing the number of steps required to receive and manage customer orders. We also reduced the average order-processing time from approximately 15 minutes to 5 minutes by centralizing product, payment, and order management in one admin dashboard. Our order volume increased by around 62% given the self-serve portal. Our customer experience also improved 100% since it became frictionless.

Resolutex’s project management was excellent. They were always in touch with us for every milestone and kept us in the loop. They didn’t have unnecessary calls or upsells. They properly made us understand the values and requirements and delivered way before time. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.
