Through online store franchise, direct distribution, capacity crowd-sourcing and resource integration, it has built a less-than-carload freight transportation network covering the whole country (inland China) to provide clients with comprehensive logistics services with high quality, high customer experience and high cost performance.

As a BPO customer service provider, they fulfilled their obligations well. Renhe Shuzhi provided our company with omni-directional services such as outsourcing agent venue, agent personnel, project operation management, etc. Information security technology: power network security technologies such as 360° monitoring, human trace tracking, face recognition access control, entrance and exit barrier gate, etc.; the workplace is equipped with large UPS, fuel generator, and the three networks are equipped with double routers. 

Cooperation process: tendering and bidding, the provider won the bid, preliminary training, climbing period and then went into normal operation.

The project cooperation was conducted smoothly. The provider performed well, and won the "Best Partner Award in 2020" awarded by our company. As of this review, the cooperation between our company and the supplier is still ongoing.
