First of all, we were looking for a team that already has a positive experience in developing healthcare products from scratch. It was also important for us to find solutions for the client, using the technologies offered by him. The team carefully weighed the risks and advised the client to make the best decisions. After the discussion phase, the team began to perform the main tasks, which they successfully coped with.

As a result, the first version of the product was released successfully. After that, the client wanted to expand the capabilities of the application and offered to continue working on the project. Having prepared detailed technical documentation for the next version of the product, the team began to perform tasks.As a result, the product has been successfully created and maintained by the team now.

As we mentioned above, as a result of the RemSoft.Dev healthcare team, the product was successfully developed and implemented from scratch. In addition, new features have been added to the product. Result: satisfied customer, successfully implemented product.

From the very beginning, the RemSoft.Dev team was very active in all stages of the project. Starting with the selection of candidates and ending with the support of the finished product. The company offered us several senior level developers to choose from, and PM provided as a bonus that can not but please the customer!

The team was constantly in touch with the client and our company, if there were urgent tasks - they always agreed to perform, provided detailed updates and feedback on each stage.

cSharp.Company provides web and application development services, working remotely as an extension of our development team. They helped to develop an iOS and Android application with location-based features. The app allows users to see all of their leads and opportunities on a map. They can also receive notifications based on their location. Users can log their sales activities, access their calendars and emails, and have a 360-degree view of their prospects in Veloxy.

Their team also developed an Outlook app and a Gmail plugin. On those tools, users can get notifications, check their schedules, and manage Salesforce operations from their inbox.

We work closely with four members of their team. We started the engagement with one person, but that number increased as the project grew.

Since we lacked the manpower to deal with our technical problems, we were looking for developers to help us out with the backend of our platform.

What challenge were you trying to address with cSharp Company?

cSharp Company has helped us with various aspects of our site, from the backend to the server. We were originally having problems with our search engine, which was powered by Apache Solr. To resolve that, cSharp Company helped us migrate to a different server which improved the quality of the website.

Working within an ASP.NET framework, they added other site functions like a payment plug-in. Since clients had trouble navigating our previous search engine, cSharp Company proposed improvements to it and are currently developing these fixes.

I really enjoy working with them. They’ve delivered all of the work that we’ve required on time. Because we’re a small company, we were disoriented at first with different people working on different things. They helped organize our process. They have a very precise approach, and I’m glad that I stumbled upon their company.

We use a Microsoft-based project management tool, where every task is detailed and neatly organized. If we have any comments or issues, they usually reply within an hour. They’re also very careful to explain everything to me, so the communication is great.

Whereas previous companies would push the deadline for our projects or even disappear after a month, cSharp Company has been consistently helpful and on-time. They deliver everything we’re asking for, and the price is comparatively good.

I know it’s asking too much, but I would enjoy if they were able to issue another developer on demand. Certain tasks require more manpower, and they’re a very busy company.

If you operate on a similar platform as us, I would definitely recommend them. They’re very reliable because they deliver on time and have good prices.
