Founded in 2019 in Bhavnagar by Hitesh Anjara, RemoteDevs Infotech was built on one belief: understand the problem before touching code. That mindset made us specialists in TYPO3 — a CMS most agencies avoid — then expanded into WordPress, Laravel, and AI automation as client needs evolved. We deliberately serve just 3–4 clients at a time, trading scale for genuine attention. The result: partnerships lasting three to five years, built not on contracts, but on consistently earning trust.

Our Project Management Process :- We start every project with direct conversation, not just a brief — understanding the business goal behind the request, not just the request itself. From there, we scope a clear plan with defined milestones, break development into focused phases so clients see progress early, and maintain proactive communication throughout rather than waiting to be chased for updates. Everything is tested in staging before delivery, and "done" means fully functional and handed over — not left for the client to finish. Many engagements continue beyond launch as ongoing support, which is why several clients have stayed with us for three to five years across multiple projects.

RemoteDevs Infotech complies with [GDPR / HIPAA / etc.] when handling client and end-user data. Our practices include [encrypted data storage and transfer / signed Data Processing Agreements with clients / access-controlled systems / staff training on data handling], ensuring client projects meet the data protection standards required in their industry and region. For clients in regulated sectors, we're happy to sign the relevant compliance agreements (DPA, BAA, etc.) as part of project onboarding.

Turnaround Time:- We work to the client's specified timeline — and consistently aim to deliver ahead of it, not just meet it. Every project begins with a clear, mutually agreed deadline, and our process is built around hitting milestones early wherever possible, giving clients extra time for review and revisions before the final deadline arrives. This isn't a one-off effort — it's a habit our clients have come to expect and rely on, which is a big part of why so many return to us for repeat projects. For urgent requests, we prioritize accordingly and communicate realistic timeframes upfront rather than overpromising, so clients always know exactly where their project stands.

We intentionally keep our active client base small — typically 3 to 4 clients at a time, depending on project scope and priorities. This isn't a limitation; it's a deliberate choice. It allows our team to give each project genuine focus rather than spreading attention thin across too many engagements, and it's a big reason clients experience fast responses, consistent communication, and delivery that stays ahead of schedule. When we take on a new client, we're making room for them — not squeezing them into a queue.
