The project has enabled us to bring our customer, partner, and administrative workflows onto a single digital platform. Key modules and workflows have been developed to support experience discovery, listings, bookings, partner management, and platform administration, giving us a strong foundation for launching and scaling the platform.

Their responsiveness and willingness to discuss and adapt to our evolving requirements have also been valuable throughout the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Relu Consultancy could have done differently?

As with any long-term product development project, there were occasions when timelines could have been communicated more clearly, particularly when requirements evolved during development. More structured documentation and milestone-based planning at certain stages could have made the process even smoother. However, the team has been responsive when such situations arose and has worked with us to address them.
