What we find most impressive is their willingness to understand our business and product vision in depth. The Little Broadway is not a straightforward marketplace, and the platform involves multiple stakeholders, including customers, experience partners, and administrators. Relu Consultancy has been able to understand these different requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions. Their responsiveness and willingness to discuss and adapt to our evolving requirements have also been valuable throughout the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Relu Consultancy could have done differently?

As with any long-term product development project, there were occasions when timelines could have been communicated more clearly, particularly when requirements evolved during development. More structured documentation and milestone-based planning at certain stages could have made the process even smoother. However, the team has been responsive when such situations arose and has worked with us to address them.

The scope included form intake, automated welcome emails, discount management, session booking, payment verification, and secure course access. They also integrated the workflow with Google Sheets, Mailchimp, WooCommerce/PayPal, and Google Classroom to create a connected and streamlined student journey.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The main outcome was a significant reduction in manual administrative work. Student onboarding became much more streamlined, with form submissions, emails, payment verification, bookings, and course access handled through an automated workflow. This saved our team time, reduced repetitive tasks, and created a smoother onboarding experience for our students.
We haven't tracked the exact number of hours saved, but the automation has noticeably reduced the time our team spends on repetitive onboarding tasks. Processes that previously required manual follow-ups and coordination are now handled automatically, which has made our day-to-day operations much more efficient.Additionally, we noticed fewer manual errors and a more consistent onboarding process. Since key steps are now automated, there's less chance of missing follow-ups or administrative tasks. The overall student journey has also become smoother and more organized, although we haven't formally measured student satisfaction yet.
