What challenge were you trying to address with Reinode Software?

We needed help with vector search by images, texts, and color palettes with agents’ connectivity. We also needed backend development for our application, marketing automation, and account management automation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Reinode Software has helped us develop a semantic search that supports queries via text, image references, and combined text-image inputs. The system utilizes text and multimodal embedding models on the Google AI Platform for vector database indexing and query processing. All backend infrastructure has been developed and deployed on Cloud Run by Reinode Software.

The project focused on supporting our agency’s internal social media operations, specifically for a commercial LinkedIn account. Reinode team helped us automate and streamline daily tasks such as comment writing, engagement tracking, and account activity monitoring. One of the key goals was to reduce manual workload and improve consistency in communication. Additionally, the team assisted in collecting performance metrics, exporting data from the platform, and preparing analytical summaries to assess content efficiency and engagement trends. Key deliverables included a simplified workflow for routine LinkedIn activities, regular data reports, and technical guidance on optimizing our analytics processes.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As a result of the collaboration, we observed a noticeable improvement in workflow efficiency and time savings on routine social media tasks. The automation of comment writing and engagement tracking allowed our team to focus more on strategic activities. Additionally, the regular performance reports enabled us to better understand which content formats and topics generated the most engagement, leading to data-driven adjustments in our content strategy.
