We needed to rebrand completely our logo and identity. As a martial arts academy, we wanted to put the light on the Asian origins of martial arts so we decided to refer to a local Asian company as they would be best positioned to understand more clearly and accurately our specific needs.

The scope of work included designing the new logo for our hotel and developing a cohesive visual identity system. REIKA also supported us in building out key brand applications, such as the email signature, hotel card, etc. Additional deliverables included envelope designs, hotel cards, and other branded materials essential for both internal use and guest-facing touchpoints.

The project resulted in a complete and cohesive brand identity system that our team was very satisfied with the final outputs. It's a clear foundation to ensure consistency across future brand applications and made it easier to brief and manage future creative work.

There were only a few minor areas for improvement. While the team responded very quickly and handled feedback well, paying closer attention to small details — or clarifying certain points early on — could have helped avoid a few back-and-forth revisions. These were only small issues, and overall the collaboration was very smooth.

The team has been fantastic at managing our Menlo project, especially when we needed quick turnarounds. They really stepped up during tight deadlines - there were times when we needed urgent changes by EOD, and they'd somehow make it happen without compromising quality. Our calls kept everything on track, but what really stood out was how they'd drop everything to help when we were in a time crunch. They're not just responsive - they actually deliver when it matters most. Even with multiple rounds of feedback on both the brand design and website, they kept their cool and found ways to work within our tight timelines. It's refreshing to work with a team that takes our deadlines as seriously as we do.
