What challenge were you trying to address with Register IT?

We needed someone to develop our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Register IT set up a Flash website for our company. At that time we weren’t really selling anything online except a few clothing items. 

They hosted that part of it and we were happy with that. They continued to change the model of the cars and the background of the site on a regular basis.

What is the team composition?

There were two people.

How did you come to work with Register IT?

One of the customers we had, a well-known developer in Toronto, Canada, recommended Register IT if we ever wanted to have a website developed.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $15,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from 2008-2012.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our customers were very happy with the site. Register IT presented our company very well. We didn’t have any problems with them.

How did Register IT perform from a project management standpoint?

They were helpful via email and phone. They changed whatever we asked of them.

I was in charge of dealing with them but mostly the salespeople or the sales manager were in touch with them for changes. They never complained to me so I’m quite sure they did a good job.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They sent one of their team members to our offices to take photos and he got along with everybody in the company so very well. That really impressed me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t have anything for them to improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If they’re still in business, I recommend working with them.
