RefynIT is a UK-based managed IT provider delivering flat-tier support to small and medium businesses across the Midlands and the wider UK. We work with businesses of 5 to 150 users that need proper IT support, not a helpdesk that treats them like a ticket number.
Our service model is built around a simple principle: every client receives the same security baseline regardless of what they pay. 24/7 monitoring, endpoint detection and response, patch management, Microsoft 365 management, and identity protection are included as standard across both service tiers.
We also offer Cyber Essentials compliance management, Microsoft 365 tenant management, and a full suite of security add-ons including dark web monitoring and email phishing simulation.
