We reached out to the Reflex team with a project to develop a catalog website for one of our clients. The project was so complex that we needed the help of specialists with the appropriate skill set, so we entrusted the tech task to Reflex. 

They did an excellent job and brought our concept to life. As a result, the client has an effectively functioning storefront with a convenient administration panel and a vibrant corporate design.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

At the very least, it was the release of the digital catalog, which we quickly populated and launched. As for the website's effectiveness, we cannot provide clear metrics yet since the project has not yet left the marketing stage, although it already has an MVP.

In reality, we worked in close coordination and actively held tripartite meetings that included our team, Reflex representatives, and the customer. The composition of the meetings included BAs and PMs, as well as a PO who primarily observed the process. 

Overall, the Reflex team managed the development. The PM and BA developed a clear roadmap, implemented risk management, and chose the tech stack. On our side, a marketing designer assisted, refining the styling concept and aiding in navigation logic organization. In short, they handled things on time and even left some buffer time to work on any errors.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Well, we have completely delegated the technical project and almost removed ourselves from managing the development process. The Reflex team took the initiative and implemented the catalog website at the highest level. That's impressive, as is the fact that we never had a confrontation during the project. They handled some tasks independently and even suggested alternatives that both we and the client liked. So the overall impression of the collaboration is very positive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Reflex could have done differently?

We can't provide any criticisms because we simply don't have any. On the contrary, we will recommend Reflex as they are a reliable partner in developing IT projects of varying complexity.

They've taken ownership of the development process, and we've been able to speed up our delivery because, before, I was developing everything on my own. Overall, our site has grown substantially in terms of visitors and revenue thanks to Reflex's work.

How did Reflex perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is good. We've never had any issues with bugs being delayed without resolution. Regarding tools and communication, we use Jira, Confluence, Google Meet, Telegram, and Messenger.

I don't think they can improve on anything.

Our client requested a technical audit of the website. We found several problems with it, including an outdated design, weak SEO, and poor performance. The site needed a direct promotion and technical component update. So, we decided to hand over the website development to our partners, the Reflex team. 

Since the tech stack turned out to be outdated, it was necessary to build the website from scratch. This included design, databases, and the basic infrastructure. The Reflex experts handled it excellently.

The most prominent outcome is the release of the website with modern design and technical optimization. The crew carried out internal optimization and increased download speed.

Reflex experts immediately suggested using Laravel as a cost-effective yet productive and powerful framework for the new website. They showed us customization examples and hinted at scalability potential. Moreover, they optimized data and transferred information between databases.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Reflex could have done differently?

Well, let's think. They executed the website at a 10 out of 10. They took the initiative to ensure the website's functionality and adaptability. They also smoothly transferred data and hosted the site on secure hosting while optimizing its performance. Considering this comprehensive list of services, do you think there could be any complaints? There are no complaints from our side or the client's side. We were developing a corporate website for our clients, but we lacked our own resources, so we turned to Reflex for help. With tier support, we got a website code and a unique design that matched our brand style. We are fully satisfied with the collaboration. The website is now operational and successfully fulfills its main role of attracting customers who order services from our clients.

There are clear indicators of progress and success, such as increased communication with the audience and a rise in the number of orders. Among these indicators, lead generation stands out. Another crucial sign of success is the launch of the website itself.

We coordinated efforts with Reflex experts. That is, on our side, there were BA and PM, and on theirs as well: BA, PM, Team Lead, and Engineer. Together, these experts worked on all project-related issues, set deadlines, and formulated a risk management program. I wouldn't say we needed the latter, but the fact itself is a pleasant confirmation of professionalism. 
As for release schedules, we used a phased deployment plan, so we initially implemented the main landing page and then focused on additional site pages. So, yes, they met the deadlines, and some screens were even implemented earlier than planned.

We were mostly impressed with their professional approach. We approached Reflex to help us expand our team, but eventually we decided to fully delegate the project to them. They proved to be highly professional and fully committed to the task right from the very first communication. Our experience was positive because we received powerful support, even greater than we initially expected. Reflex experts quickly grasped our requirements and proposed an initiative that fully satisfied our client's needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Reflex could have done differently?

Nothing actually comes to mind. We were so engrossed in the collaboration and the outcome that we didn't even notice any problems. And maybe there weren't any at all, at least not ones that needed extra discussion.
