I'm the LATAM manager at ECIJA, a law firm with 23 offices in Latin America, Spain, and Portugal.

For what projects/services did your company hire Reelax Media?

We have hired Reelax media for various audiovisual projects, including the launch video of our operation in Central America.

What were your goals for this project?

This video was crucial for our launch. It had three challenges: it had to be completed in a short time, it was going to be used in 7 different countries, and we had a limited budget.

We had previously assigned other projects to this vendor, with excellent results. He was also the one who offered us the best value for money solution.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

Once we hired the video, the vendor was in charge of preparing the script, selecting the location, obtaining all the required permits, and providing all the logistical aspects in record time. The recording was made in a single day because the permission could not be longer and it was also urgent to finish the project.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Reelax Media provided support during the process by revising the script. Once we were ready to shot they provided a film crew. We were able to review the video and made the changes required.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The video allowed us to communicate to all our clients the most important step in the history of our law firm, through a video that was highly valued and received very good reviews from our clients.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective. We simply leave the entire project to Reelax Media.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The flexibility with which they worked was impressive. The work was done very quickly, and they managed to adjust the project to our budget and to the limited time we had to record it.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Honestly, we don't see any area for improvement
