Redot Global created apps for iOS and Android from the ground up.  My original goal was to develop a personal security program that the general public could easily use.  Redot Global developed my app and was instrumental in assisting me in selecting the most appropriate features and figuring out how to use them.  After that, Redot Global built the software and successfully released it.  The primary use of the software was to provide users' precise position and to capture audio and video in an anonymous manner.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Before launching the app, we had multiple iterations of the Android and iOS apps, which took a lot of time. Nevertheless, Redot Global understood my vision and was a great asset to finish the project. Redot Global successfully launched our application with excellent quality. The team fixed bugs found during beta testing, and the testing team was impressive.

When Redot Global originally released the iOS version of the app, there were more issues in the Android version.  However, the team met most of the project’s deadlines and had excellent project management.  Zoom sessions and regular emails were how we kept in touch.

 ATA Medical is a one-stop shop health screening company which provides comprehensive health screening services (including in-house X-rays, mammograms, ultrasounds, allergy testing) and regular general practice services (including chronic disease management and vaccinations). It is run by a core team of medical professionals with over a decade of experience in corporate health care, and experienced family physicians who are well-versed in health screening, disease prevention and healthy living.

• A web team that was no longer in operation made our website a while back. We needed someone to step in fast and give modifications to the bespoke code that we couldn't do ourselves. Additionally, we need custom style for Hubspot forms to match the forms that are already on our website, as well as additional assistance in getting Hubspot up and running for our clients without any disruptions.

We agreed to a 10-hour trial run of Redot Global's services following a launch meeting to address project problems.  They took a bit longer than we anticipated to begin the job, but once they did, they swiftly set up our staging area, made the necessary adjustments, and adjusted based on our input.  They fulfilled all of our requests and were incredibly responsive.

We were able to make a number of much-needed changes that enhanced the functionality of the website and migrate our forms without any noticeable front-end disruptions.

Our account manager consistently answers our questions and comments within a few hours.  They offered a backup contact in case they couldn't be reached.  He still replies to let us know he's talking to the team if he doesn't know the answer right away, and we often get a solution or proposal within a day.

After setting up a number of exploration meetings with us, Redot Global created an action plan with targets for the following year.  Additionally, they carried out ad retargeting on Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms, PPC campaigns on Google, and keyword research and integration for a few modest projects. 
 Redot Global also managed analytics, video production, blogging, and the creation of promotional content.

Putting us on the map was made possible in large part by Redot Global.  As a new business, we had very few clients.  They took the initiative and created a successful marketing plan that enabled us to meet our objectives for the first year.

In order to ensure smooth verification requests and approvals, Redot Global created a mobile application with an intuitive user interface and user experience.  With strong security features like multi-factor authentication and encrypted data storage, the software was designed to run on both the iOS and Android operating systems. 
In order to provide real-time verification functionality, they also managed backend connectivity with our databases and APIs.  They also offered regular upgrades and maintenance to maximize efficiency.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our verification process was much more efficient thanks to the mobile app, which cut down on turnaround time and human labor by more than 50%. Adoption rates above our early estimates, and users valued the simplified experience. Verified transactions increased significantly throughout the first six months, proving the app's usefulness and use.

Throughout the project, Redot Global demonstrated excellent organization and responsiveness. They ensured accountability and openness by using Jira to track progress. Even though unanticipated complications occasionally caused delays, they communicated clearly and worked quickly to fix any problems. They were able to be flexible and continuously improve by using Agile methodology.
