• Create a premium digital presence that reflects the Contessa Villas brand - Our first goal was to elevate the digital presentation of Contessa Villas and make the website reflect the premium, exclusive nature of our luxury villa portfolio. We wanted a visually refined, high-end, and highly performant web experience that would immediately build trust with luxury travelers and communicate the quality of our properties from the first interaction.
• Improve the booking experience and increase direct reservations - Our second goal was to replace our restrictive legacy booking system with a custom reservation flow that would be faster, more intuitive, and easier for guests to use. We needed a frictionless booking experience designed to reduce drop-offs, simplify the path to reservation, and help us generate more direct, commission-free bookings.
• Build a scalable management system with secure online payments - Our third goal was to develop a specialized backend system that would allow us to manage the operational complexity of our luxury portfolio more efficiently. This included dynamic pricing, seasonal availability calendars, rich media galleries, and secure online payments through Viva. The objective was to streamline our internal workflow while enabling guests to move seamlessly from inquiry to confirmed reservation.

Our previous platform was rigid, outdated, and too limited for the way our agency needed to present properties, manage reservations, and support direct bookings. The project was not just about redesigning a website. For us, it represented a complete transformation of our digital sales and operations infrastructure. We wanted to move from a basic online catalog to a premium booking platform that could properly communicate the value of our villas, provide guests with a high-end browsing experience, and support our internal team with a more efficient management system. One of our main priorities was to create a digital presence that matched the standard of the Contessa Villas brand. We needed the website to feel refined, trustworthy, and visually immersive, with strong emphasis on property imagery, smooth navigation, mobile-first usability, and an intuitive filtering experience for guests. Another key objective was to replace our legacy system with a scalable, custom-built platform. We wanted a solution that would give us more flexibility, better performance, and full control over how our properties were presented, managed, and booked. RedCode also delivered a bespoke CMS tailored specifically to the complexity of luxury vacation rentals. This allowed our team to manage property details, seasonal pricing, availability calendars, media galleries, and reservation-related information much more efficiently than before. A major part of the project was the integration of Viva payments and real-time synchronization with the property database. This helped us automate online payments, reduce manual verification, and minimize the risk of double bookings. As a result, the platform became much more than a marketing website — it became a secure, automated e-commerce and booking system for our agency. The main deliverables included a premium UX/UI design, a fully responsive and mobile-optimized website, a custom booking flow, a specialized property management CMS, dynamic pricing and availability management, rich media gallery functionality, and secure payment gateway integration. Overall, the project gave us a modern digital platform that combines high-end visual presentation with robust backend functionality.
