Oliver Sam represents a diverse range of artists to showcase their works to the finest clients around the globe. This variety of work is what defines the art world. The people, style, inspirations and cultures. It’s a culmination of all things art and our studio is at the forefront of it all.

For what projects/services did your company hire Red Giraffe, and what were your goals?

We were looking for a high-end, bespoke website that showcased our high-end, bespoke art pieces. It was essential that the website reflected the high standard and unique properties of our art. We needed the website to be easily updated in order to showcase new artists, events and products.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We loved Red Giraffe's consultative approach, and liked how they guide you through the whole journey. They had an outstanding portfolio of reputable clients, and their whole process seemed intuitive, creative and straightforward.

We completed an initial in-depth strategy session with Red Giraffe, where they got to know us as a company, including understanding our goals, objectives, clients, USPs, company history, and future company growth plans. We also selected designs we liked from Red Giraffe's mood board, which was a nice touch. Next we had a wireframing session to layout the home page design.

After this Red Giraffe created an initial design based on our feedback and reccomendatioms. We had a few meetings to finalize this design. After that Red Giraffe built out the remainder of the website from the content provided. We then had three rounds of amends to get the site just as liked it. When we were ready the website went live with no issues. The website was built in WordPress using Elementor.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Carmel was our main point of contact, and Lee was the lead front end designer on this project. Lauren also worked with us on completing our revisions and training.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We instructed Red Giraffe to build a website for our art studio. It works exactly how we intended it to look and works exactly how it was built to do so. We were very well looked after and the process of sending over content was seamless. The organisation of the team was great, a timeline was created that was regularly updated to keep us updated with important dates such as supplying content, round 1, 2 and 3 amends, the launch date, and the training for the website.

I would recommend Red Giraffe as they were very attentive, which is a vital part of building a website. The ammend stage is the first time that you see your complete website and see it for what it is. You are able to fine tune your website with a live model; having it updated in real time allows you to see mistakes you may have made or change the ideas you originally had.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Not only did they execute our wishes, they also gave us priceless advice and guided us to bettering our website from their own experiences. This combination formed a website that operates with knowledge and style. Thank you to Joe and the team. Oliver Sam Studio.
